The performance of the electric chain hoist is good, the reliability is high, and the low failure rate is an important reason for most people to choose it. The high performance can ensure the efficiency and safety of the electric chain hoist in operation, but before the first use of the electric chain hoist, there are a lot of considerations for the installation steps that need your attention.

First, First of all, the installation of the chain electric hoist needs to install the chain box first.

Second, connect the power cord.

When connecting the power cord, the power must be turned off beforehand. At the same time, the ground wire should be well grounded, otherwise the operator may feel the electric shock when touching the hoist or any part of the chain.

Third, to lubricate the load chain of the electric chain hoist
The degree of lubrication of the chain is an important factor affecting the service life of the load chain. Lubricate the load chain in a timely and effective manner to ensure the effective service life of the chain.

Fourth, check the arrangement of the chain

For multi-row chain electric hoists, make sure that the lower hook frame is not turned over. If flipped, return it to its normal state and make sure the solder joints of the chain are aligned. Never hang the load on a chain-wrapped hoist.

Finally, check the working voltage
Since the electric chain hoist is shipped from the factory at a user-specified voltage or a higher voltage (for dual voltage only), such as 230/460V, check the wiring and confirm that the power supply voltage is met. If it does not, please refer to the instructions to correct it to meet the required operating voltage requirements.

Tips: Install the electric chain hoist. If it is operated under improper voltage, it may cause serious damage to the electric chain hoist. In order to prevent this from happening, it must be ensured that the wiring meets the requirements of the required power supply.
