1. The main girder is of welding structure of steel plate and I-steel. The unique technology, namely one-time formed U-shape groove, is applied in production of the main girder. This technology decreases the welding stress and weld fatigue, and contributes to the accuracy of the girder, the intensity of the whole crane and the apparent quality. All that contribute to strong, accurate and durable girders.
2. The end carriage is connected with the main girder by dolts and nuts for easy transportation and installation.
3. The electric hoist is used as the lifting mechanism. The inside motor features large overload capacity and high machinery intensity with low noise. With protection level of IP44 or IP55, and insulation class of B or E, it can meet the demand of general usage.
There are single speed and dual-speed for choice. Normal lifting speed is applied for general usage, and dual speeds for accurate operation. The soft start motor and the frequency converter are available according to your demand.
4. Main electric parts adopt the international brand Siemens or Schneider, or Chinese top brand, Chint, providing reliability and easy maintenance.
5. Slide wire is comprised of rail way, sheath, conductor, hanging device, connector, retaining cap and end cover and used to transmit electric power. The slide wire features safety, durability, steady well adaptation and low electric loss and contributes to perfect performance.
6. Gears, wheels and couplings are processed by medium-frequency technology, and have a great improvement in intensity, rigidity, and tenacity.
7. Metal materials are processed by shot-blasting technology and reach Sa 2.5.
