Double Edge Crane Wheel
Double edge wheel parts are often used with running wheels of trolleys and cranes of bridge crane or gantry crane.
Height of wheel flange is 25mm~30mm.
It adopts ZG340-640 cast steel or ZG-50SiMn low alloy steel.
Quenching depth of wheel tread is no less than 20mm.
Hardness of rolling surface is 300~350HB for ZG340-640 cast steel wheels; for ZG-50SiMn, hardness 420~480HB.
Mechanical property, accuracy and roughness of material accord with JB/T 6392-2008 rules.
