Single hook container spreaders sling
1. The spreader is a dedicated tool for hoisting cargo, such as container.
2. The spreader uses the lifting of gravity sling to drive notch wheel assembly to swing; then it contributes to transmission rod that makes connecting rod move back and forth; finally, it makes spin lock to rotate ±90º to lock or open lifting hole on the top of the container.
3. The maximum load for the spreader is designed as 5-30 ton. It is applicable in hoisting two types of containers, which are 20 inch and 40 inch containers.
4. There are guide plate assembled on the crossbeams around the hanger,(also can be installed on both sides of the adjacent)which contributes to the fast centering of object being hoisted. Therefore, it saves auxiliary manpower by only using hoist to deliver unloading.
