1. Easy installation and application: wires are provided with reliable error prevention aviation plugs that can save time and labor and off er safety and reliability; other I/O limit switch signal terminals are also provided with clear markings; various operation statuses are provided with triple prompts as realized by indicator 1dmp, LCD and voice, which make it easy for installation, overhaul and use without reference to drawings.
2. Intelligent current regulation startup: The four-quadrant operation technology can automatically regulate startup acceleration in reference to the load to ensure the optimal torque matching. This can protect motor from burnout as incurred by over-current while saving the power. Torque maintenance at zero speed enables more stable stop. It permits direct swichover during forward running, which is available for auto deceleration to the static status prior to acceleration to the designated speed in case of direct switchover between forward and reverse running.
3. At the time of startup and stop, the system can realize torque maintenance at zero speedto ensure closure of brake when the revolution of motor is approximate to zero speed; this aims to ensure smooth operation of the equipment without vibration and "sliding".
4. Power supply to brake is provided with absorption of surge voltage function so that to ensure adequate and stable separation of brake. This can prevent damages to motor and brake as incurred by drag brake due to inadequate separation of brake block of brake when power voltage is cut off.
5. Accurate level positioning: The system makes use of patented coding technology for construction elevator to ensure accurate level positioning, This can reduce frequent start and stop of the equipment and work load of operators, and extend the lifespan of the electrical and mechanical parts.
6. Humanized human-machine interface: the operation information of the associated equipment is displayed on the LED screen. When malfunctions occur, the exceptions and solutions will be displayed directly, which solves the inconvenience caused by reading instructions of the traditional frequency converter to check error code. The non-contact touch input can solve input faults incurred by dust on the construction site.
